How does the subscription work?
Simple! Charges run between the 28th and 1st. Boxes ship the 1st week of the next month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. We require 1 month's notice to cancel. Just email us to withdraw.
When will I be billed?
Billing runs automatically between the 28th and 1st of each month.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. It is a month-to-month service with a 1-month cancellation notice.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, please contact support before the 25th of the month to pause your next box.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure online payment gateway.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
You can purchase any of the subscriptions we offer
Can I buy just one box?
Yes, you can buy single boxes from our online shop without subscribing.
How do I update banking details?
Log into your account or contact our support team securely to update payment info.
What if my payment fails?
We will attempt to process it again or contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
Do I pay for delivery?
No! Delivery is FREE on all active EinSciKids subscriptions across South Africa.
When will my box arrive?
Boxes are shipped during the first week of the month. Courier delivery takes 2-4 working days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship nationwide to all areas in South Africa (cities and outlying areas).
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your box has been dispatched.
What if I am not home?
The courier will usually call you to arrange a suitable time or leave a card.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the borders of South Africa.
Can I collect my box?
To keep operations streamlined, we operate on a delivery-only basis.

What age is this for?
The boxes are designed for ages 8-12 years. The co-curricular activities are focused on 5-7 years.
Do I need to supervise?
Adult supervision is recommended for safety and maximizes the learning opportunity.
Are the experiments safe?
Safety is priority #1. All experiments are non-toxic and tested. Safety gear is provided where needed.
Is this good for homeschooling?
It is perfect for homeschoolers! It covers the practical component often missing from home education.
What subjects are covered?
We cover Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technology, and Engineering concepts.
Is it suitable for girls?
100%. STEM is for everyone. We strongly encourage girls to explore science and engineering.
Do I need to buy equipment?
No. We provide "All Equipment Provided" - even the small things like batteries or beakers.
What is your return policy?
We replace defective items. Notify us within 7 days of receipt.
My box arrived damaged.
Oh no! Send us a photo immediately via WhatsApp or Email, and we will send a replacement.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of the product, we typically do not accept returns for non-defective items once opened.
