Welcome to EinSciKids! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and our website.

By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EinSciKids if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Scope of Services

EinSciKids provides premium STEM-based co-curricular programs for primary and middle school learners across South Africa. We also supply and deliver STEM subscription boxes (“STEM-In-A-Box”) directly to parents and individuals.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

• Payments for the STEM-In-A-Box subscriptions are processed monthly via our nominated payment gateway (e.g., PayFast). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• Subscription fees cover the cost of the kit, educational materials, and delivery within the borders of South Africa.
• Payments are processed between the 28th and the 1st of each month. Boxes ship during the first week of the new month.
• Cancellations: You may alter or cancel your subscription at any time. We require one (1) month’s notice prior to your next billing date to process the cancellation effectively without further charges.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is strictly within the Republic of South Africa. We offer free delivery on all EinSciKids subscription boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, but dispatch generally occurs within the first week of the billed month.

4. Safety and Liability

• Safety is our primary concern. All experiments provided in the STEM-In-A-Box are designed to be safe for home use and include clear instructions and safety guidelines. Safety gear, such as goggles, is provided where necessary.
• Adult supervision is recommended for young learners during experiments. EinSciKids shall not be held liable for any injury, damage to property, or loss resulting from the misuse of the products, failure to follow the provided safety instructions, or negligence.
• Chemicals used in the kits are provided in learner-safe concentrations. However, they must not be ingested, inhaled directly, or handled without care.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, EinSciKids and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including lesson plans, experiments, designs, and content within the subscription boxes. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access these for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial educational use subject to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

• Republish material from EinSciKids.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from EinSciKids.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from EinSciKids for commercial gain.

6. School Partnerships

Terms for school partnerships, including mobile lab visits and co-curricular facilitation, are subject to separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) entered into between EinSciKids and the academic institution.

7. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Nothing in these Terms of Service restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the EinSciKids website or its services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use this website after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
